PHYLLIS LOUNERVA PECK DUNCAN, January 22, 1941 – March 17, 2012 went to be with the Lord on March 17, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sherman and Myrtle Shoemaker Peck. She is survived by her husband of 53 years Charles Duncan; children, Val Duncan, Alan (Lisa) Duncan, Chris Duncan and Wendy (Shawn) Duncan Seal; grandchildren, Alex Duncan, Austin Duncan, Abby Duncan, Leslie Berquist, Ian Seal and Brittany Moore; great-grandchildren, Adrian Duncan, and Anthony Duncan, sisters, Barbara Noe and Betty Peck; brothers, Sherman Jr Peck and Ross Peck and several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Stubblefield Funeral, on Tuesday, at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the Hamblen Memory Gardens. Arrangements by Stubblefield Funeral Home in Morristown, Tennessee.
