I met Rodney three years ago when I began working at General Motors. Once every few months I would fly down to Tennessee to work with Rodney at Exedy. Not only was he a very intelligent and professional individual, but he was a great guy to be around on a personal level as well. He treated me like a friend... someone he'd known for ages. He took great pride in his town and took time after work hours to show me around. He had a welcoming smile, an infectious laugh and a great sense of humor. It was an honor to know Rodney, and my heart goes out to his two daughters, his family and the long list of friends he leaves behind.

I remember how excited Rodney was when the girls were born! Being a father to them was a true joy for him. Rodney's easy smile and laugh are very good memories of his time at Dalen Products. My condolences to all of his family.
