.Shirley S. Long, age 66, of Morristown, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at Ft. Sanders Regional Hospital. She was a member of Watkins Chapel. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruble and Bonnie Seal. Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Ronnie Long; sons, Mark and Scott Hammond, and Bobby Long; grandson, Cody Henson; and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home on Friday, August 8, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Byron Chambers officiating. Family and friends will meet in Hamblen Memory Gardens on Saturday morning at 10:45 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 5 – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the services. Arrangements are under the direction of Stubblefield Funeral Home.
