Tammy Johnson Greenlee, age 52, of Bean Station, passed away Monday, August 12, 2013 at UT Medical Center after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her father, Oakie Woodward; step-father, James Ballard; and brother, Donnie Woodward. She is survived by her sons, Chris and Shane Johnson; daughter, Meghin Johnson; mother, Stella Ballard; grandson, Ashton Johnson; granddaughter, Kacie Kelley; brothers, Duffy and Ann Woodward, Lynn and Barbara Woodward; and several aunts, nieces, and nephews. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 16th from 6 – 8:00 p.m. at Stubblefield Funeral Home. Following the visitation, she will be taken to Lucas and Sons Funeral Home in Pikeville, KY for services. Interment will be in Helton Cemetery in Shelby Gap, KY. Stubblefield Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
