Alfred worked at Enka and BASF for many years. He was also a member of First Presbyterian Church of Morristown.
His granddaughter: Ashley Campbell Lindley preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife: Virdie Warren, daughters: Sarah (John) Cox and Karen Arwood. Sister: Beth (Sam) Clayton; nephews: David Clayton and William (Elena) Clayton and grandson-in-law: Simon Lindley.
Visitation with his family will be Friday, August 29, 2025 from 12 Noon until 2:00 PM at Stubblefield Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM with Rev. Sam Schaus officiating.
Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2025 at 1:00 PM in Hamblen Memory Gardens for graveside services.
