I was always impressed with Yvette as my wife Diane shared Rogers’s Cottage with her. Yvette had a great sense of humor which she shared with all of us at Rogers.
I alway enjoyed talking with her as she was articulate and knowledgeable about many subjects, and always shared her thoughts. We will miss her. May you be blessed Yvette and take comfort in your rest with our Lord Jesus Christ.

To Yvette’s family,
Yvette and I went to Galesburg High School together. I think the only class we shared was a gym class our junior year and we had such fun together. I always teased her about the pronunciation of her first name. I was saddened to see her obituary in the paper today. My deepest sympathy to her family.

Yvette was a wonderful lady and was very tough through all the things she had to go though. She has a heart of gold and love her so much and always thought of other before herself. I remember her when she was well enough rolling around in the neighborhood in her electric wheelchair and coming by for a visit and we all in the neighborhood would hanging out at the Christmas Party and talk for hours. Now this Angel has lost her wheels but now she got her wings flying in heaven with all the happiness she deserve. going to miss her but will see her again.
