Billy Carl Flippo

Bill was a cherished member of his community and a beloved figure of his family. Billy attended Tremper High School in Kenosha and his senior year at Marked Tree High School in Marked Tree, Arkansas. His passion for the outdoors was evident through his love for fishing and hunting. A devoted PeePaw, Bill treasured the moments and memories while playing with his grandchildren. 

He is survived by his children, Ryan (Christy) Flippo of Cumming, Georgia and Erica (Mark) D’Alessandro of Arnold, Maryland; his grandchildren, Carson (Goober) D’Alessandro, Hailey and Blayke Flippo; his mother, Madeline Flippo of Rienzi, Mississippi his brother Gary (Connie) Flippo of Kenosha, Wisconsin and sisters Sharon (Jack) Stricklen of Booneville Mississippi, Tawny (Leonard) Vick of Rienzi, Mississippi, and surviving spouse, Kathy Flippo of McDonough, Georgia. Bill was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 34 years, Wanda Leek Flippo and his father Billy G Flippo.

 Bill was a faithful member of South Fayette Church of Christ The family has been trusted Thomas Scroggs Funeral Directors in Morrow Georgia with final wishes. There will be no funeral or memorial service as per Bill’s request. 

Bill’s life and legacy will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.
