Blanca Tumbagahan, of Riverdale, passed away on November 8, 2012. A service will be held in the chapel at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Friday, November 9, 2012 at 2:00 pm. Pator Raphael Rossado to officiate. Interment to follow at Camp Memorial Park. Visitation prior to service from 12-2pm. Survivors include her sister, Lillian Tesalona of Riverdale and her niece, Linda Benge.
