He is survived by his wife, Pat Black; daughters, Cindy Collie (James David) of Tifton and Traci Franks (Rob) of McDonough; sisters, Brenda Westbrook (Mike) of Newnan and Helen Moore of Atlanta; brothers, Hubert Black of Griffin, Melvin Black of Griffin, and Ronald Black of Griffin, 3 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
