Mr. Harold L. Waddell, of Jackson, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2012. Survivors include his children: Donna Simmons (Matt) of Jonesboro, Wanda Rimmer (Butch Chapman) of Jackson, and Rhonda Phillips (Robert) of Conyers and their Mother, Carolyn Pearson of Stockbridge, Grandchildren: Christy Sams (Mitch), McDonough; Christopher Butler (Stephanie), Douglas; Michael Butler (Chelsea), Beaufort, S. C.; Leeann and Lauren Phillips, Conyers, Great grandchildren: Aleigha Sams, Tommy Sams, Jada Butler and Charley Butler; Sisters, Ginny Couey of Jackson and Gail Burns of Lawrenceville; Brothers Barry Waddell and Freddie Waddell. Visitation will be Thursday, December 13 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Jones Memorial United Methodist Church, 5320 Phillips Drive, Lake City, GA 30260 (404 366-4039) followed by a Memorial Service with Dr. Richard C. Long officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Jones Memorial United Methodist Church.
