Jim Travis, of Lake City, passed away on February 16, 2021. Services will be held Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Friday, February 19, 2021 at 1:00 pm. Bro. Mark McKee will be officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 4 pm - 7 pm. Masks are required to attend services.
Mr. Travis was preceded in death by his parents, Erwin Travis and Ruth Defoor Travis. He is survived by his girlfriend of 25 years, Melinda Bell of Lake City and numerous family and friends.
