Micky Eugene Bales, Sr., of Forest Park, passed away on May 29, 2019. Services will be held at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Saturday, June 01, 2019 at 2:00pm. Dr. Rick Long will be officiating. Interment will follow at Morrow Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Friday, May 31, 2019 from 5:00pm-8:00pm.
He was preceded by his wife, Norma Jean Cartwright Bales; his parents, Roy and Alma Rine Bales, 3 sisters, and 4 brothers.
He is survived by his daughters, Stacy Mancil (Jason) of Hampton and Tanya Smith (Scott) of Ellenwood; son, Micky Bales Jr. (Delena) of Forest Park; grandchildren, Ryan Bales, Jordan Williams (Christopher), and Victoria Smith; beloved dog Cooper; 5 sisters, 1 brother, and several nieces and nephews.
