Rickey Arnold Coltey, of Lake City, passed away on September 19, 2019. No formal services have been scheduled at this time. Mr. Coltey was a loving husband. He was a talented guitar player and singer with a great sense of humor.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Sharon Coltey of Lake City; parents, Sharon "Shorty" and Arlene Coltey of Lake City; daughter, Nikki Justice (Lee) of Newnan and Jena Greene of Cedartown; grandchildren, Kaylen, Mason, and Cierra.
