Ricky L. Pope, of Forest Park, passed away on September 6, 2018. Services will be held in our chapel on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at 2:00 pm. Bryan Pope will be officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens, Stockbridge, Ga. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1pm-4pm. He will be missed by his wife of 45 years, Kathy Pope; his daughters, Amy Parker (Andy) of Cincinnati, OH and Wendy Collier (Mark) of Greenville, Ga; son, Bryan Pope (Monica) of Lilburn, Ga; grandchildren, Bailey Parker, Chloe Parker, Ben Collier, Andy Collier, Katie Alfonso, Melena Travis, and Tamera Travis; great grandchildren, Sullivan Collier and Athena Alfonso, numerous nieces and nephews.If so desired, in lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Sacred Journey Hospice-General Fund, 138 Peach Dr., McDonough, Ga 30253.
