Stephen O. Rutledge, "Steve", of Atlanta, passed away on February 3, 2018. No formal arrangements have been made at this time. Mr. Rutledge was preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Marie Rutledge and his sister, Arline Thornton. He is survived by his daughters, Shannon Ipser (Leonard) of Ballground and Stephanie Thomas (Pat) of Brookhaven; sister, Linda Robinson (Jim) of Fayetteville, brother, Doug Rutledge of Atlanta, 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and his friend and nephew, Pat Thornton.
