William Dale Kent

Mr.William Dale Kent of Jonesboro passed away June 16, 2012 at the age of 37. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 21, 2012 at 1:00 pm at the First Baptist Church of Morrow with interment to follow at Camp Memorial Park. Rev. Alan Folsom and Rev. Doug McBee will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. William was employed by Neighborhood Restaurant Partners as a Restaurant Manager for Applebee's Restaurants. He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Margaret Inman Preuss; maternal grandparents, William Allen and Jean Greer; fraternal grandparents, Louis and Mildred Kent and is survived by his wife, Heather Kent; daughter, Margaret Ann Kent; son, William Alexander Kent; parents, Franklin Dale Kent and Brenda Greer Kent; father-in-law Ron Preuss; sister, Ryan Kent McCarthy (Bill); niece, Anni McCarthy; uncles, Danny Greer (Penny), Louis Greer (Muriel), Hardy Dean Kent (Joy); aunt, Rebecca Breckenridge (George). In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Arthritis Foundation, 2970 Peachtree Rd. NW, Suite 200, Atlanta, Ga. 30305.
