Billy Ray Miller

Mr. Miller and his wife, Jo Nell had been members of First Moss Bluff for many years. He loved raising a vegetable garden and a rose garden. Mr. Miller was the picture of "Husband of the Year"!

Mr. Miller was preceded in death by his parents Lou and Dan Miller of Many, brothers Charles Miller, Hubert Miller, Force Miller and James Miller and sisters, Ruby Anthony of Many and Gail Ingles, grandson Daniel Ray Zito.

He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Jo Nell Miller; daughter, Judy Laquidera and her husband, Vince of Webb City, MO; daughter, Pamela Broussard and her husband, Thomas of New Iberia, LA; grandchildren, Kristy Soileau (Wayne) of Lake Charles, Craig Zito (Megan) of New Iberia, and Chad Hodge (Nicole) of Nevada, MO; 6 great-grandchildren, Taylor Maddox, Katlin Ardoin, Payton Soileau, Keaton Soileau, Addie Hodge, and Gia Zito.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. until time of service on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at Hixson Funeral Home, Moss Bluff. His funeral service will begin at Noon with Rev. Edwin McCann officiating followed by burial in Beulah Cemetery in Many, LA.

Donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Samaritan Purse or a donation of your choice in Mr. Miller's memory.
