Carol was so very proud of her cajun heritage and culture. She was often heard saying " Lache Pas La Patate" meaning never give up. She loved God, family and living in Lake Charles and Moss Bluff. Carol enjoyed spreading the word of Jesus Christ and teaching Sunday school. Her and her late husband Mickey enjoyed ministry work around Southwest Louisiana. Carol enjoyed playing her tamborine, singing and praising God during worship services. Carol absolutely loved working in her flower gardens around her house. She will be deeply missed.
