Thoughts and prayers to Dave's wife, daughter, Dan, Rick and Vicky. I could say so many things about Dave. I have known him for a long time. Our parents knew each other. His parents would be at my Grandfather's garage up the road from their house often. My favorite memory of Dave would be my freshman year in high school. Dave was one year ahead of me. We would talk after football practice. He always had that friendly smile. He was funny and nice to everyone. God Bless.

I remember Dave when he was a teenager. Rented an appartment from his parents for 13 years. Dave was always a very happy go lucky guy. He had a great smile and was a very happy young man. I haven't seen Dave in many years. But I will never forget the family. His parents were great landlords and awesome people. I am sure Dave will be missed by many RIP Dave. Condolences to the family. Rick, Vick and Dan so sorry for your loss

We had only met Dave once as we are close friends of his parents Rick and Vick. We met Dave this summer and my husband said he would love to go fishing in LA and Dave said come on down any time and you can stay with me even though he just met us. He was full of life and such a great guy. Much like his wonderful parents. We send our love and support to his parents and Candas and all of Dave’s family and friends.

I had to go to Louisiana for our Aunt Nelda’s funeral. Dave opened their home for us to stay and did a crawfish boil to celebrate our Aunt’s life. He was a good man and it’s obvious how much is is loved. Candas, you definitely have a guardian angel watching over you. May God wrap his arms around you for comfort and support. Lots of love from Texas!

I will always remember that beautiful smile and his laughter. One of my best memories is us cooking for Kasies wedding . We cut up and laughed so much and his eyes could tell a story. My last good laugh with him was him telling us of the night hurricane Laura tore the roof off the V with him in it. We asked if he would stay again he said he never wanted to go through that again and I’m sure his eyes were big as saucers. We will love you and cherish our memories with you all the days of our lives. RIP Super Dave

I went to and graduated with Dave at Bermudian Springs. He was always a good friend and a fun guy to know. I saw him a few years ago and we reminisced and laughed and before he left he gave me a hug and said he was so glad he ran into me. I will hold his memory in my heart. To his wife, children, grandchildren and rest of family my deepest condolences because you have lost a great soul. RIP my friend we will see you again.
