Deborah Dianne “Debbie” Laurentz passed away peacefully on June 6, 2026, at the age of 73. A lifelong resident of Moss Bluff, Debbie was born on July 20, 1952, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Johnnie and Everett Coleman.
Debbie was known for her kind heart and generous spirit. She never hesitated to help someone in need and found great joy in caring for others. Her grandchildren were the center of her world, and she treasured every moment spent with them. Debbie loved traveling, camping, fishing, teaching her grandchildren to swim, and spending time outdoors. She made some of her greatest memories spending time with her siblings at the river. She especially enjoyed cooking and took pride in teaching her children and grandchildren how to cook.
Her faith was an important part of her life. Debbie looked forward to attending church every Sunday, where she lovingly cared for the babies in the nursery. She also enjoyed walks in the park and cherished Taco Tuesdays with her “Bestie” Agnes.
Debbie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harry “Pee Wee” Laurentz; her parents, Everett and Johnnie Coleman; siblings, Cindy, Darla, Leon, Larry, Everett “Jerry,” and Matthew; and her stepson, Joe Laurentz.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Donnie Domingue (Renee) and Denise Domingue Brown (Richard), both of Kinder, and Daniel Rogers (Kayla) of Moss Bluff; grandchildren, Kyle Bynog, DJ Bynog, Ty Bynog, Abigail Rogers, Brooklynn Rogers, Lauryn Laurentz, Lance Laurentz, Jordan Oliver, Carson Oliver, Henry Oliver, Rayleigh Oliver, and Donavon Domingue. Debbie was lovingly known as “Maw Maw” to many others whose lives she touched. She is also survived by her sisters, Alice and Jackie, and brothers, Tony and Stanley.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Hixson Funeral Home in Moss Bluff and continue until the time of service.
