I loved when he and Aunt Irene would come visit us in Georgia. I remember he brought me a baby alligator. I loved listening to all his stories. He will be greatly missed!

When our Mom (Adrienne LaBauve Martin) and y’all’s Dad (Mr. Johnnie Lyles) was in ICU in September. Cathy, Tina, Kathy and Johnnie were staying the night in the ICU waiting room to be there for our Parents. We were there under sad conditions. Tina slept and snored all night.. Our Security Guard aka: Johnnie Jr. kept Kathy and Cathy laughing all night. needless to say he was a hoot! We made a great memory while staying in the ICU waiting room under such Sad circumstances! Our Mom passed away September 14th@ 4:50 p.m. she never left the hospital. Seeing the Lyles family walking into our Mom’s visitation meant the world to us. Especially seeing Mr. Johnnie feeling much better. A few days ago Kathy was asking for Prayer for her Dad and family he was back in hospital. We all Prayed for this wonderful family. So Sad to see today that Mr. Johnnie had passed away at 1:30 this morning. We are all Praying for all of you. We celebrated our Mom’s “1st” Birthday in Heaven yesterday. Lots of tears and sadness but lots of love and prayers with our family. We know exactly how all of you are feeling. It still isn’t any easier but with the love and your big family and your love for each other you will make it being together especially for Your sweet Mom! We love you all and will continue to Pray for you all. They are in a better place. No more suffering or pain. Fly high Mr. Johnnie until we all meet again. Love and Prayers from the Martin family.🙏💙🙏
