Madeline Carol Jackson

She was born in Kurthwood to Needom and Millie Rachal. She was a homemaker who enjoyed attending and supporting South Beauregard High School basketball and their players. She also loved RVing, especially to bluegrass festivals. She was a member of Pilgrims Rest Baptist Church and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Survivors include her husband Tommy Jackson of Ragley; daughters Belinda Jackson Breaux of Breaux Bridge, LA, Deanna Jackson Yancy and husband Paul of Morganza, LA; brother Dwight Rachal of Anacoco, LA and sister Agnes Garsee of Natchitoches, LA; five grandchildren: Shannon McCain, Misty Breaux, Laura Johnson, Lindsey Guidry and Erin Havens; and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers William Rachal, James Rachal, Thomas Rachal and sister Geraldine McLain.

Her funeral service will be Tuesday, May 8 at 11:00 AM at Hixson Funeral Home in Moss Bluff. Visitation will be Monday, May 7 from 4:00 to 9:00 PM. Burial will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Slagle, LA with a graveside service at 3:00 PM.
