Pat was a longtime resident of Moss Bluff, where he lived for over 20 years. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, he served aboard the USS Vance during the Vietnam War. Pat had a deep passion for motorcycles and hot rods—and if something was broken, he was the one who could fix it. Known for his generous spirit, Pat was always there when you needed him, ready to lend a hand or even the shirt off his back. He also enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially bass fishing and hunting.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 59 years, Sandra Reed Pousson; children, Tina M. Agee and husband Larry, Tammy Sheffield and husband Al and Bridget O'Kelley and husband Joey; seven grandchildren, Adam Agee, Vanessa Agee, Christian Granger, Tyler Granger, Gabe O'Kelley, Shane O'Kelley and Jace O'Kelley; brothers, Bill Pousson and wife Darlene and Paul Pousson and wife Diane.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Donald Pousson, Herman Pousson; nephew, Jason Pousson.
The family will welcome relatives and friends at Hixson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 beginning at 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 6:00 p.m. Visitation will resume on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. with a funeral service to begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial will immediately follow at New Ritchie Cemetery. Deacon Paul Gregory will officiate at the services.
