Richard Dale Eades
May 11, 1953 – April 3, 2018
Richard Dale Eades, 64, passed away April 3, 2018 in a local hospital. He was born in San Antonio, TX and lived in Ragley most of his life. He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and was an owner operator truck driver for Boise Cascade. He also was a member of Magnolia Baptist Church in Ragley. He loved playing music, Dallas Cowboys, raising chickens and especially loved his family and his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Connie Eades of Ragley; son, Ricky Eades of Ragley; daughters, Kim Hayes and husband, Sean Hayes, Holly Eades and fiancée, Mike Bass of Ragley; brothers, John Eades and wife Suzanne of Opelousas, Bobby Eades of Toledo Bend; sister, Bonnie Stephens and husband Rickey of Longville, daughter-in-law, Michelle Eades and eleven grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Rita Eades, daughters, Carrie Lee Eades and Wendy Lee Eades. Visitation will be Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 4pm until 9pm at Hixson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff and resume Friday at 8am until time of service. Funeral Service will be Friday at 10am.
