Scott Lane Arabie, age 51, of Westlake, Louisiana passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2020. Scott was born May 25, 1969 to Gerald Arabie and Charlene Henry Arabie.

Scott was a lifelong resident of Westlake. He absolutely loved being around his friends and family.

Those left to cherish his memory are his parents; his wife, Magann Stahlman Arabie of Westlake; two sons, Jacob Arabie and wife Anna of New Mexico and Jaxonn Arabie of Westlake; four daughters, Tiffany Gary and husband James of Westlake, Ashley Arabie of Westlake, Paigge Arabie of Westlake, and Lilahh Arabie of Westlake; two brothers, Carl Arabie and wife Jessica of Westlake and Brad Arabie and wife Donna of Moss Bluff; a sister Monique Arabie-Trahan of Westlake; and seven grandchildren, Kyla Jordan, Elias Aron, Brycen Arabie, Sophie Rogers, Brody Gary, Opall Underwood, and Lily Arabie.

He is preceded in death by his son, Evann Arabie and a granddaughter, Annabella Rogers.

Visitation Services will be held at Hixson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff on Monday, December 21, 2020 beginning at 9:00am until the time of services. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 3:00pm. Pastor Zack Rodriguez will officiate at the services.

I worked with Scott at Marcantel's Grocery store. He was such a good person. He loved his kids. My heart hurt when I heard he passed. Gone to soon. God Bless you, Scott.

When I think of Scott, I think of a kind soul who put others' concerns ahead of his own. I think of a man who was dearly loved by his family and friends. I am so sorry for your loss. I like to imagine Scott laughing and hanging out with Uncle Denny. I will keep the family in my prayers.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Scott. I got tears in my eyes instantly, I know how difficult it is to lose a Loved one over the Holidays. Visiting Lousiana was the favorite thing for Sherry and I to do. I will forever have fond memories of the Arabie family. God Bless Jerry
