Timothy John Sawyer

Timothy John Sawyer, 59, a native of Anniston, Alabama and resident of the Lake Charles area for over 34 years was entrusted to God’s loving care on January 25, 2015. He worked in the communication field for the past 30 years.

Left to cherish his memory are his brothers; Tom Sawyer, Jr. (Tammy) and Patrick Sawyer (Denise) all of Anniston, Alabama; sisters, Betsy Williford (Sonny) Troy, AL, Kathy Hopper (Bill) Anniston, AL, and Terry Hughes (Steve) Anniston, AL.; step-Son, Jacob Furlow, Beaumont, TX and Step-grandchild, Pandora Furlow, Harrison, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his wife, Glenda Pickles Sawyer; his parents, Tom Sawyer, Sr. and Dottie Thomas Sawyer.

Visitation will commence at Hixson Funeral Home in Moss Bluff on Thursday, January 29, 2015, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and will resume Friday morning at 9:00AM until Christian Service time at 11:00.
