He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Irene Kocian Gold of Moulton; two sons, Dale Gold and fiancée’ Tracey Grasshoff of Moulton, and Stephen Gold and wife Martha of Moulton; daughter, Roxanne Coiner and husband Robert of San Antonio; eight grandchildren, Darren Gold, Matthew Gold and wife Megan, Christine Gold, Kayla Gold, Jason Gold, Nathan Gold, Tyler Coiner, and Lauren Coiner.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one son, Travis Gold (1997).

Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Moulton. Rosary will be at 7:00 pm Thursday, March 8, 2012 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Moulton. Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Friday, March 9, 2012 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Moulton with Father Gabriel Maison officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Matthew Gold, Darren Gold, Jason Gold, Nathan Gold, Tyler Coiner, and Bradley Baker.
