Uncle Arthur, I have so many memories of being a little girl going to the Bronx, running around Grandma Fay’s house. Seeing you, playing with Jennifer and Adrianne. I wish I could be back there just once and live it all over again. Rest in peace Arthur and tell my daddy how much I miss him.

My deepest condolences to you and your family. I was a student of his back in 1999. Until recently when reminiscing about my years at Junior High School 104 he's one of the teachers that still gets brought up. A favorite to many. 💖
RIP Mr Becker

Dad you will be missed by so many. Many you may not have known you had that big of an impact on. You touched so many lives between your years of teaching and just helping everyone you were loved by many. I love you and will miss you always.

Mr. Becker was an amazing man. He was my teacher from about 1993 -1996. He was so cool and taught me ceramics which is something that most poor kids would not have had the opportunity to learn about. He was very patient and had a sense of humor. I am now 37 years old and I will always remember his kind heart, humor, love of ceramics and creativity that he definitely instilled in me. I (my mom) still have all of my projects (rabbit, tug boat, frog, and a vase). I was so very blessed to have known him and he probably never knew that he helped me tap into my love of working and creating thing things with my hands.

I remember taking ceramics class with Mr. Becker...I was just about the only girl in that class, but I loved making things from clay. I learned a lot in that class and was treated equally, which was appreciated. Me and my mom still have many of the items that I (and my brother) made in his class. My condolences go out to his family...may he RIP.
