Israel Rubin of the Bronx New York passed away on Saturday May 24, 2014 in Atlantic City New Jersey. He was 87 years old. A 12:00 p.m. service is scheduled for Sunday May 25, 2014 at the Hebrew Institute with interment to follow at Montefiore cemetery.
