Ruth Hess of Jamaica Queens new York passed away Friday August 15, 2014 in the Long Island Jewish Hospital. She was 90 years old. Ruth was born in Germany on November 19, 1923 and was the daughter of Ludwig and Rosa Leopold. She was predeceased by her husband Felix in October of 1978. She is survived by her two sons Steven and Leslie.
