Vilma Tilzer of Carmel New York passed away Wednesday March 9, 2016. She was 85 years old. Mrs. Tilzer is survived by her daughter Penny Swift and was predeceased by her husband and son. A Chapel service will be held on Thursday March 10, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. with interment to follow in the Cedar Park Cemetery.
