Ms. Nicole Marie Joseph, age 46, of Okolona, returned to her Heavenly Father on Monday, January 26, 2026. Ms. Joseph was born in Louisville, KY on November 27, 1979. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton and the Archdiocese of Louisville Faith Club. She attended Cedar Lake Enrichment Center. She loved watching TV, with some of her favorites being Golden Girls, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Home Alone, Ghostbusters and Disney movies. She had a deep love for music, especially the Beatles and other music from the 1960s. She enjoyed being outside and waved at everyone she saw. She was a sweet and beloved daughter, sister, aunt and friend.
Her mother, Margaret Bailey Joseph preceded her in death.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her father, Eddie Joseph; siblings, Michael Joseph (Kimberly), Melissa “Missy” Robison (Cote) and Kathryn “Kay- Kay” Joseph; nephews, Oliver and Dillan and a host of other dear family and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton (11501 Maple Way, Louisville, KY 40229) with cremation to follow. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Brookland Cemetery.
Friends and family may pay their respects from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday, February 2, 2026 at the Mount Washington location of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (123 Winning Colors Dr., Mt. Washington).
