Bentley Patrick Miller passed away on September 19, 2026, at his home. He was born on December 29, 2003, at Ball Memorial Hospital. Ben was a lifelong resident of Muncie, graduating from Burris in 2022, and Ball State in 2026.
Ben was an artist and loved the outdoors. He was an animal lover, especially his dogs, Charlie and Keylee, and family dogs, Lola, Bruno, and Joe Paw. He had earned a degree in botany from Ball State and was perfectly happy in the greenhouse at Minnetrista planting saplings.
Ben was preceded in death by his uncle, David Farver; and cousin, Aiden Shellebarger.
He is survived by his mom, Bethany Miller; sibling, Sarah (SJ) Miller; grandma, Paulette Farver; grandad, Ron Farver; aunt, Katie Hetrick; great-uncle, Zygmunt Mazanowski; dad, Patrick Miller; grandmother, Jane Miller; grandfather, Ron Miller; the love of his life, Daniel Lloyd; and best friend, Shelby Sanders. Bentley also has many wonderful friends and family who will keep his memory alive.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Elm Ridge Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to The Muncie Queer Alliance and ARF.
