Survivors include his parents, Charles W. Brooks and Tammy Taulbee; two daughters, Kailyn Lee Brooks, and Lexi MaeLee Brooks; one sister, MaeLee Taulbee-Brooks; three brothers, Brandon Wilson, Donavon Brooks, and Cody Sewell.
Memorial services to celebrate the life of Jacob will be held at a later date.
