Diana F. "Faye" Bell

Diana F. “Faye” Bell, 72, of Muncie, passed away on June 16, 2025, at Brickyard Healthcare in Muncie. She was born on March 8, 1953, to James and Goldie (McRoberts) Ratliff. On July 7, 1979, Faye married Tony Bell, and he preceded her in passing on February 13, 2012.

Faye worked for Ball State University in Woodworth Complex, in the dining room, and retired after 15 years of service. She loved to read, sew, and was a devoted Christian who attended church often. Above all, Faye loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Faye is survived by her daughter, Amanda (Marcus) Beck; grandchildren, Da’Layza, Da’Marcus, Edward “EJ”, and Amaria Beck; siblings, Judy Davis, Susan Young, Kathy (Joe) Smith, Cindy (Robin) Keoghan, Becky Coffman, and David Reynolds; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in passing by her loving husband of 32 years, Tony; parents, James and Goldie Ratliff; stepmother, Dorothy Ratliff; siblings, Randy and Rex Ratliff; brother-in-law, Ed Davis; and niece, Leasa Coley.

A funeral service will be held at 1 pm, on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 W. Kilgore Ave., Muncie, IN 47304, with Pastor Kevin Holt officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Ridge Memorial Park. Friends may visit with the family from 11 am until the time of the service, on Tuesday, at the funeral home.
