A devoted Christian, loyal wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and trusted servant of her community, she lived each day as a reflection of God's grace and love.
Edith’s greatest calling was serving the Lord. As the pastor of House of Prayer for All People, she faithfully dedicated her life to sharing the Gospel, encouraging the weary, and leading countless souls closer to Christ. Her ministry extended far beyond the walls of the church. She planted seeds of faith throughout Indiana, touching lives through her unwavering testimony, compassionate spirit, and steadfast belief in the power of God's love. Whether through a sermon, a prayer, a kind word, or a helping hand, she made everyone she met feel seen, valued, and loved.
Her kindness was more than a character trait—it was a way of life. She loved as Christ loved, offering forgiveness, encouragement, and hope to all who crossed her path. Her home, her church, and her heart were always open to those in need, and her legacy of compassion will continue to inspire generations to come.
To her family, she was a pillar of strength and unconditional love. Edith was a faithful and devoted wife, standing beside her husband through every season of life. As a mother and grandmother, she nurtured her family with wisdom, prayer, and endless affection, teaching them by both word and example what it means to walk with the Lord.
While her absence leaves an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who loved her, they rejoice in the assurance of her eternal home. She has reached the place she longed for all her life—standing in the presence of the Most High, embraced by the loving arms of Jesus Christ. Her race has been run, her faith has become sight, and she now hears the words, "Well done, good and faithful servant."
Though she is no longer with us in body, her prayers, her love, and the countless seeds of faith she planted will continue to bear fruit for years to come. Her life was a beautiful testimony that the greatest legacy one can leave is a life lived wholeheartedly for God.
She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and joyfully reunited with those who trust in Christ when the Lord calls them home.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Elm Ridge Funeral Home.
