He was born Friday, October 2, 1942. He attended the Foursquare Gospel Church and Freewill Baptist.
Frank didn't know a stranger and was such a kind and openhearted soul. He was loved by all who knew him and will be missed deeply. Anyone who knew him can contest that he had two joys in his life: loving his precious Sadie-girl and praising the Lord.
Left to cherish his memories is his very special friend, Edna Gilland, several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and six siblings.
