I have such fond memories of Jackie as I was growing up. Roanne, was my best friend. I remember the fun sleep overs at her house. Jackie let Roanne have a pet white rat. She was a fun person and a great cook. My heart felt condolences to Roanne, Mike & Lisa along with the rest of her family and friends. Due to the Covid 19, I won’t be attending the services but I will be thinking of each one of you. Hugs

In 1992, I took office as Mayor of Muncie. Jackie was critical person as I began my term. Even though she was an active Democrat, I asked her to serve as my secretary because she played a key role in city government. She agreed to join my team through a transition period knowing that her heart was working for Democrat office holders. She did a tremendous job training my secretary and worked for me for 6 months. I am forever grateful to Jackie for being a true public servant for the people of Muncie and for helping me begin my term as a Republican Mayor.

Jackie worked for me in the Election Room when I was County Clerk. We shared so many laughs and her stories were always great fun. She will be missed and we are lucky to have her shared with us.

Comforting prayers for her family.
