Irma Williams, 87, of Fairfield, passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Williams and 16 brothers and sisters. Irma is survived by her son, Richard (Joan) Hammons; granddaughter, Emily (Michael) Berlin; great-grandsons, Elliott, Emmett and Everett; brother, Don (Lenore) Simmons and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was a teacher for the Hamilton City School System for 42 years. Irma loved working with children and especially her career in teaching. A graveside service will be held at Rose Hill Burial Park, 2421 Princeton Rd, Hamilton, on Saturday, November 26 at 11:30am. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Irma's memory may be made to Queen City Hospice. Arrangements entrusted to Ivey Funeral Home.
