Kristy JoAn Williams

Kristy Joan Williams, 62, Anderson, passed away Sunday evening, July 4, 2021, at her home. She was born Sunday, September 21, 1958, in Muncie, the daughter of Jack and Crystal (McDaniel) Winters. Kristy was very family oriented. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Kristy enjoyed fishing, swimming, and attending car shows. She worked at Ball State University for over twenty years as a cook. Survivors include her children, Ricky (fiancé, Marie McMichael) Winters, Jacob (wife, Julia) Winters, and Helen (fiancé, Aaron Scaggs) Winters; her fiancé, Mike Hewson; one sister, Penny Cook; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Her parents, Jack Winters and Crystal Smith; and her husband, Richard Williams, preceded her in death. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 14, 2021, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304.
