She was born March 1st, 1928 to John and Ellen Floyd in Hoodoo, TN. She left home at a young age. She lived in Nashville and Manchester, TN then made her way up to Muncie as a young adult. She lived in Muncie for 70 years. Lodi worked at Ball Brothers in quality control for 15 years before marrying Debloise Gregory in 1965. After school and during the summer, all the neighborhood kids loved to congregate at her house and enjoyed her great cooking and cookouts. She enjoyed shopping, lawn care and gardening, and drinking her beer.
She is survived by her son, Rodney Gregory and daughter in law, Judy, Pittsboro, IN. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Debloise Gregory, and brother Martin Floyd.
