Nancy L. Watkins

She was born Friday, July 14, 1933 in Illinois, the daughter of Gene and Francis (Ross) Nooner. Nancy lived most of her life in Muncie. She moved to Alexandria, Kentucky two years ago to live with her daughter, Dorette Noble. Nancy enjoyed crafting, painting, traveling, walking along the river, and finding "special deals" while shopping, but most of all, spending time with her grandchildren and family. She attended the Nazarene Church in Muncie where she enjoyed helping put their "Care Packages" together.

Survivors include her daughter, Dorette (husband Kenny) Noble; three sisters, Mary, Margie and Vickie; two grandchildren, Tabitha Rowlett, and Darrell (companion Tiffany King) Rowlett; three great-grandchildren, Gage Cunningham, Kelcie Cunningham, and Dallas Cunningham; and three step-great-grandchildren, Kayla King, Olivia King, and Curtis King.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Darrell Watkins.

Services will be held 1:00 p.m., Monday, November 20, 2017, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 W. Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304. Burial will follow in Elm Ridge Memorial Park.
