In her free time, Nikki enjoyed painting, especially oil painting, and loved tending to her garden. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.
Nikki is survived by her daughter, Lysa (Gary) Gates; son, Kenneth (Joy) Barnes; grandchildren, Matthew Munson, Joshaua Barnes, Nicholas Barnes, Jessica Walters and Casey Barnes; great-grandchildren, Allen Munson, Marshall Barnes and Lilly Barnes; three nieces and two nephews.
She was preceded in passing by her husband, Roy J. Barnes; parents; sister, Toni Anderson; and one niece.
Elm Ridge Funeral Home has been entrusted with her arrangements.
