Patricia A. Walls (Schultz), 87, joined her Lord and Savior in Glory on Monday, August 17, 2026, peacefully surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on January 27, 1939, to Charles Schultz Jr. and Ruby (Perdue).
Patricia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She was married to Everett Walls for 57 grand years and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.
Patricia had multiple occupations in life but being a Mother and Grandmother was her greatest achievement. She loved her family and enjoyed taking care of her children and grandchildren. She had a deep love of her cats, flowers, especially roses, gardening, baking, bird watching, and canning. She also had a sweet tooth and was always making the best treats for everyone to enjoy and was known for being a true firecracker with a big personality. Patricia was a beautiful lady whose bright spirit could light up any room. Her compassion, generosity, and love for others will be remembered by all who knew her.
Survivors include her husband Everett Walls; her children, Laquieta (Wayne) Waite, Rene Kendall, Timothy Dennison, Dawn Vannatter, Rick (Rhonda) Walls, Rocky (Lisa) Walls, and Shirley (Denny) Digman; grandchildren, Christy Dalton, Amber Hannock, Summer Conwell, Alisha Dennison, Travis Vannatter, Tracey Walls, Jennifer Chrich, Kyle Walls, Jesse Digman, Rachel Wick, Katelyn Walls and Chelsea Reece. She was also blessed with 18 great grandchildren she loved fiercely.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, John Voland.
Patricia will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew and loved her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday, August 24, 2026, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana, 47304, with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her honor to Fellowship Baptist Church, 2204 Macedonia Avenue, Muncie, IN 47302.
