Phyllis Buck

She was born March 27, 1939, the daughter of William Coulter and Mary Schaffer. Phyllis was an avid shopper, she was known to out shop all her family and friends.

Survivors include her children, Cindy Brown (Mark) and Tamara Warrell (Virgil); step-son, Allen Buck; her brother, Donald Coulter; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; her favorite great grandson, Ronnie Nichols II; her best friend, her dog, Moaka; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by parents; and siblings, Philip Coulter and Patricia Marcum.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to her caregivers, Tamara, Kristy, and Melissa; and a special thank you to Dr. Bahrami and Heart to Heart Hospice.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, February 24, 2023, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304. Burial will follow at Elm Ridge Memorial Park.

Family and friends may call from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Elm Ridge Funeral Home.
