Rosalyn Wells

She was born Saturday, March 15, 1947, in Lebanon, Indiana, the daughter of Walter and Olive (West) Licht. She married Daniel Wells in 1968. They enjoyed traveling together and were members of the Selma Compass Church where she was very active in the Home Group. Rosalyn loved to play Euchre and enjoyed her monthly card club. She had worked at Habitat for Humanity, Hoosier Happenings, and at Life Touch Portraits for 27 years, retiring in 2005. Most recently, she was very active with “Help at Home” caring for children.

Survivors include he husband, Daniel; sons, Daniel Wells, and Jeremy (wife, Carrie) Wells; daughter, Dawn Wells; brother, Russell “Bud” Licht; her favorite grandchildren, Katie Wells and Zachary Wells; her “Help at Home” children, Jaxon, Logan, and Judy; several nieces; nephews; and cousins.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday November 21, 2022, at the Selma Compass Church, 400 N. CR 600 E., Selma, Indiana 47383 with Pastor Jason Rice officiating. Cremation has been arranged to follow.

Family and friends may call from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Selma Compass Church.

Elm Ridge Funeral Home has been entrusted with her arrangements.
