He was born on March 27, 1990, the son of Ronald Booher and Michelle (Burton) Jester.
Known for his easy-going spirit and great attitude, Rusty was a devoted dad and friend to all. Through his job at Dairy Queen, he met lots of people who went on to become friends and left a lasting impact that will not soon be forgotten. In his free time, he enjoyed playing video games, scrolling Tik Tok and spending time with his children.
Rusty is survived by his mother, Michelle (Kevin) Jester; father, Ronald Booher; three kids, Londyn, Pyper and Maveryk; brother, Ryan; and the mother of his children, Natalie Booher.
He was preceded in passing by his paternal grandparents, Danny and Sharon Booher; and his maternal grandparents, Bob and Helen Burton.
Elm Ridge Funeral Home has been entrusted with cremation arrangements.
