Obituary of Shelia L Taylor
Shelia L. Taylor, 66, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at her residence, surrounded by close family and loved ones. She was born Monday, November 26, 1951, the daughter of Raymond Dale Wyninger and Joella May Grow in Muncie, Indiana. She was spunky, feisty, and although small in stature, still filled a room with her humor, lightheartedness, and motherly love. Shelia enjoyed camping, travelling with her sister, bingo, playing poker and euchre, and enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Donald Steven Taylor; daughter; Baby Taylor; brother; Tom Wyninger; parents; Joella Grow and Raymond Wyninger. Shelia will be greatly missed by her sister, Tina Ray (Keith) Duncan; children, Donald Steven (Brad Wagner) Taylor II, Joshua Allyn Ray Taylor, Lola Louise Taylor, Christina Renee (James Cornelison) Taylor, Melissa Dawn (Shepard) Welton and Jessica Dawn Showalter; grandchildren, Jason Miers, Ethan Welton, Jadon Taylor, Ashley Miers, Elissa Welton, and Victoria Cornelison; great grandchildren, Rowen Showalter, Rylan Showalter,and Liam Mangas; several cousin, nieces, and nephews also survive. Wherever a beautiful soul has been, there is a trail of beautiful memories. Memories that will be cherished by everyone that knew her. Visitation for friends and family will be from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 13, 2018, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304. Services to celebrate the life of Shelia (Mammaw) will be held Saturday, October 13, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. at Elm Ridge Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Elm Ridge Memorial Park immediately following the service. Memorial contributions in memory of Shelia, may be made to the Disabled American Veterans Association, 575 N.
