Theron James Ray Williams

Theron James Williams, 73, Yorktown, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. He was born April 19, 1943 in Kingsport, Tennessee, the son of Willard and Flossie (Littleton) Williams. Theron grew up in Tennessee than moved to Indiana. He worked at Marsh Supermarket Warehouse for several years before his retirement. He served in the U.S. Army, was a member of the Moose Lodge, and also the Masonic Lodge. Survivors include his children, Rob (wife Tirea) Williams, William (fiancée Jenifer Apple) Williams; grandchildren Tyler Williams, Chris Williams, and Alicia Williams; great grandchildren Mayliah Smith, Ezekel Smith, Rain Lamaster, Maryah Lemaster, Eilijah Smith, Jerry Apple III, and Daylon Carll; brother Marvin (wife Betty) Williams, and sister Gilda King. He was preceded in death by his wife, Deanna, brothers Dale and Lee Williams, grandson Devon Williams, and granddaughter Amaria Williams. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 W. Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, IN 47304. Family and friends may call at the Elm Ridge Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Military Rites will be provided by Delaware County Honor Guard.
