

He was born Friday, February 6, 1942, in Muncie, the son of William Thomas and Irene Netta Huser. Tom loved spending time with his family and friends. He had a passion for re-building old cars. Tom was a Tool and Die maker and worked at Chevy in Anderson. Tom was a member of Chariots of Fire Church and enjoyed attending services.
Survivors include the love of his life, his wife of twenty years, Melanie (Fore) Huser; daughters, Kellie (Victor) Sparks and Melissa Waugh; step-son, James (Heidi) Lancaster; sister, Annetta Bennett; brother-in-law, Ray Fore; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; three nephews; two nieces; and his “fur baby” that he dearly loved, Faith.
His parents, William Thomas and Irene Netta Huser; stepson, Christopher Lee Lancaster; son-in-law, Kenneth Micheal Waugh; and a brother-in-law, Dole Bennett, preceded him in death.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 2, 2021, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304 with Pastor Rick Duke officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Ridge Memorial Park.
Family and friends may call from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Elm Ridge Funeral Home.
